IABC Cafe2Go

IABC’s Cafe2Go presents the first episode of CW Radio. Each episode of this monthly podcast will feature an interview with an author from IABC’s Communication World magazine or CW Bulletin. In this episode, Vice President of Publishing Natasha Nicholson, interviews Jeanne Mengis, co-author of the IABC Research Foundation study Preparing Messages for Information Overload Environments. In the interview, Mengis draws on findings from the study to explore how visuals can effectively combat information overload.
