In episode #14 of CW Radio, CW Executive Editor Natasha Nicholson talks with Jeff Ansell, author of the new book When the Headline Is You: An Insider’s Guide to Handling the Media, published by Jossey-Bass in partnership with IABC.  Ansell is in the unique position to comment on both sides, having been an investigative journalist and now working as a media and crisis communication adviser. He offers insider tips and stories about the mistakes companies make when addressing the media about a crisis.
