In our third podcast for the 2012 Gold Quill Awards Best of the Best Podcast Series, we talk with award winner, Robert Willis.  Robert’s winning entry, “Building a Community One Peeve at a Time,” took what could have been an uncomfortable situation for a customer using public transportation and made it fun and commercial. In his entry, TransLink staged a successful “Transit Pet Peeves Battle” on Facebook in November 2011. The campaign grew TransLink’s Facebook audience by 60% and generated multiple conversations with and between customers about appropriate etiquette.
