In the fourth  podcast of the 2012 Gold Quill Awards Best of the Best series, we talk with award winner Miriam Trottier. Her winning entry for the TELUS 2010 annual report took a typically boring, required report and presented it in a fashion that is interesting to the audience, while still reporting what it needed to. The TELUS 2010 annual report tells the story of what the company has achieved, where it is going and how it plans to get there, while fulfilling the company’s legal requirement to provide shareholders with annual financial information. It also supports the TELUS future-friendly brand promise by providing information in a user-friendly and easy-to-understand format.
