In the fifth podcast of the 2012 Gold Quill Best of the Best series we talk with award winner, Jane Nunnikhoven. Jane’s winning entry, “Are you ready? Vancity launches a new intranet,” shows us how Vanicity, Canada’s largest credit union, created an informative, engaging campaign to launch its new intranet. The campaign prepared employees for change, highlighted the benefits and encouraged participation in the social features of the new site.
